You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant FiveW a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Platform. FiveW trademarks, logos, and product names remain our property.

4. Research Data & Confidentiality

Only upload material you are authorized to share publicly. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional review boards, grant agreements, and publication embargos tied to your work.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. You may close your account at any time; residual data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FiveW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be heard in courts located in San Francisco County, California.
